FavoritesView

FavoritesView displays the list of all your Favorties (of Internet
Explorer browser) and bookmarks (of Netscape/Mozilla browsers) in a
single page. Each line in the list specifies the title of the item, the
URL address, the created/modified date of the bookmark item, and the
folder name. You select one or more of these bookmarks, and then copy
them to the clipboard, delete them (Only for Internet Explorer
Favorites), export them to tab-delimited text file, HTML file, or XML
file. FavoritesView also allows you to locate duplicate URL addresses in
your Favorites/Bookmarks or find specific item by specifying the URL or
the title.

Maxthon

This is a browser which runs on the internet explorer engine. There are many such browsers which add more functionality which IE does not give. But then are all of them fast indeed! Well so far found this is the only one which gives a better speed in browsing among those category of browsers which run on the IE engine, besides giving lots of functionalities. Also it is very much small in size and light compared to its peers. No doubt this is my first choice among the IE based browsers.

OPERA

Though i said above that K-meleon is the fastest among all browsers, which is quite true, yet it would be unfair if i dont mention about this wonderful browser, OPERA. It is definitely faster than Mozilla and IE, but its most important feature which i like and mostly everybody would is the ability to resume the last pages visited even in the offline mode. Even k-meleon doesn't do this feature as great as opera, no any other browser. This is a feature which most of us would want especially when one is busy.Sometimes the pc all of a sudden freezes or reboots, at those times had you used opera for browsing , upon restart you can see your pages as intact as if you were online. You can enjoy reading them at your leisure. Besides this Opera has many other features built. Do chek their website. Opera is a ad supported program,unless you buy it.But then it is indeed worth a buy.

**** Opera has now become a freeware and thus doesn't displays ads anymore.

K-MELEON

Believe It or Not ! The fastest web browser is not Mozilla or Firefox or Opera. It is K-MELEON. Though it is based on the Mozilla engine, yet it beats mozilla by quite a far margin. On my dirty dial up connection i have seen this browser load pages faster than any other browser. No doubt its the first choice of me for browsing. So does fast means compromise on features ! Absolutely not ! Its latest version even after retaining the great looks given by other browsers still beats them. Just check for yourself. You will be really surprised. Above all its a freeware too.
